Designed for a retired athlete, Tree Haven is a custom residence designed for the owner’s energetic lifestyle and affinity for hosting guests. Upon entry, the double height circulation hall provides immediate access to the house’s various social spaces and
visually draws guests out towards the multifunctional pool deck directly ahead. An open plan kitchen, dining room, and swimming pool axis parallel to the equally proportioned indoor and outdoor living rooms flank the entry hall and occupy most of the first floor. The owner’s wing runs alongside these spaces and includes a full-size gym, sauna, and spa bathroom reflective of athleticism and wellbeing.
