Fitting on a 30ft. wide lot with significant grading front to back, the house presents a clean geometric expression that relies on vertical stacking and horizontal shifting to efficiently integrate with the natural topography. Utility and entry spaces are recessed at street level with primary living spaces elevated to be on-grade with the rear yard above.
