On a few small lots at the edge of Midtown Atlanta, two existing buildings, both with rich histories, have long contributed to the streetscape on one of Atlanta’s most dynamic neighborhoods and storied thoroughfares. 300 Ponce includes a new residential tower above ground floor commercial and office, integrated with two historical buildings. The architecture juxtaposes old and new, binding together the cultural and historical significance of the now designated landmark buildings into a unified whole that stands tall on the backs of their story.
