The Ormewood Residence is a renovation + addition to the first XMETRICAL designed modern home ever built.  The design manages to add an additional bedroom, bath, laundry room, mud room + 2-car garage and swimming pool while also increasing the amount of usable outdoor space.  This is achieved by placing the garage addition at the basement level and the most of the living space addition at the 2nd floor level.  The garage roof becomes a pool deck, creating a level rear yard and the space under the 2nd floor addition becomes covered outdoor living.
